I'm in the northern mid-west in North Dakota.
I did not see any cost-efficient ways of testing out UHPC in my area.

I'm looking for local producers of the material components of UHPC
As well as in further on how to reduce the cost if UHPC with micro-steel/tungsten rebar.
Interestingly, I was surprised how similar the ending of this years 2024 Paris Olympics reminded me of HiPer Fibers.
